Re: railway sign?



Sounds to me like a busstop sign to me.

In Sydney, there were blue and white double decker Atlantean buses.  Route
272 runs from Wynyard to Chatswood.  Many of the old bus signs were black
writing on a yellow bacground, usually with a black border.

Just a guess.
