[NSW] Martin Place PIDs

The following Windoze/NT dialog box was seen on the sexy PIDs on both
platforms at Martin Place around 11:30 today (Thursday):

"Error deleting file

"Cannot delete log1999-12-30-06

"There has been a sharing violation.

"The source or destination file may be in use.

"[OK]

It is very frustrating for passengers to see this without being provided
with a mouse so as to click on [OK] and read the scrolling stops of the next
train!  At least "sharing violation" is a change from the usual "mechanical
problem", "signal delay" and "out of timetable order".

In this context, do "source" and "destination" refer to Bondi Junction and
Waterfall, or to the arguments of a DOS copy command?
