[VIC] When are the new trains comming

Hi

Does any body know when Hillside and Bayside are going to buy the new trains
that they said they would.

Also have any of the Comengs' belonging to Hillside been refrubished?  The
booket I got on the first day of there operation (end of august 1999) said
that they would come latter that year (1999).

Just one last thing has there been any news on the electrification of the
line from St. Albans to Sydenham.
