I think the V sets are there to supplment sector 4, since there are actually
some V sets used for sector 4 ("Sydney Central"-Olympic Park) weekday and
weekend services.

Maybe they're repainting and CityDeckering those Tulloch trailers from M and
W sets in time for the games!
