You would have to wonder how this will help, since the only thing it will do
is free up some Endeavours. Where are they going to send the Endeavours?

Extend the Countrylink buses through to Katoomba? That will create a need
for more buses at a time when they will need every bus they can find to
operate as Olympic transport.

Thereby freeing up even more Endeavours and 620's. Does the term "regional"
mean Dungog and Singleton/Muswellbrook/Scone, with Telarah counting as
suburban?

So where are all the Endeavours going? Supplementing local services in
Sydney? Would operating Cronulla and Richmond shuttles be too far off the
mark? This would free up even more sparks for Olympic traffic. (Note this is
totally uninformed speculation).
