The answer is no, it hasn't, despite what the December issue of Digest
reportet. Drivers inform me that the reason is that: a.they were
trying to do it "on the cheap" without the indicators etc that have
been used OAG-DBO & OAG-PKE and b. the radio system could not be
guaranteed to work over the whole route.
