B80 & other WCR Loco's

I've notice that West coast have put their stored B's on bogie's, 2 of
them on temp bogie's.
Even S312 has been moved among the B's.

So what's the go with the B's, are they getting refurbished? if so who
or what for?

Have heard form this news group that B80 is heading to SA, Why? and will
any of the others be following?
