How do you know that Boris didn't have a vodka or three to celebrate his
retirement, wander into the missile launch control room, misread Wellington
for Washington (they look fairly similar to some-one more familiar with the
Cyrillic alphabet), select it on his Russian equivalent of a Commodore 64 or
Tandy TRS 80, and set the timer for a couple of days hence.   Will you send
up your RNZAF Tiger Moth to shoot down the missiles?    I'd be quaking in
your boots if I were you, David.
