former Redfern workshops

Hi again,

Are there any plans to sell or redevelop the former carriage workshops.
I have noticed some film production on there but little else. As some of
the site is built on fill, it will be interesting to see what lies
buried  it if any developer starts digging on  the site.
Have any relics, like early loco & wagon parts or  rail been discovered
in recent years buried around the Sydney and Redfern yards.
