[melb] Rumour : Short Trip Tickets

Heard a rumour today that the tram companies are going to get rid of
the Short Trip Ticket and replace it with a "One Way" ticket which
will allow you to travel as many sections as you like as long as it's
a continuous journey

I guess they are doing this because everybody does that now with the
short trip tickets so this will make less work for the ticket
checkers..
