Some people rely on announcements, not train looks. Would it be unusual for
a V-set to go to Richmond if the announcement said it goes to Richmond.

One elderly person caught a SETS special train at Central (2 car L set) last
year - thinking it is a another normal train despite announcements that "it
is a special train and passengers are not to join that train."

Cheers.
