Dan

There is no bi-directional signalling between Penrith - Lithgow except
for a short section between Zig Zag and Lithgow. Trains can be
terminated at Penrith, Glenbrook, Springwood, Katoomba, Mt Victoria,
Lithgow and possibly Lawson.

Of course, if the section is worked as a single line (I'm not an
safeworking expert), some trains (probably diesel only) could maybe
run. This of course would depend on the type of work that was done -
does anybody know?
