Re: Red Light Runners



The following is a copy of an email I received direct from William Brock and
does not appear to have been posted to aus.rail:-
"Why don't your railways do as we have to in Queensland and have a much
safer
and strict safe working system, where if we have a red signal that can't be
cleared we must stop and obtain a special authority written on a special
form to travel over that section of track. I feel that under our system if
we all do our job correctly it is 100% fail safe."
