A problem in Sydney with all the deats merged into one cushion, is that you
get pigs occupying double seats, and dirty hoons lying across triple
seaters. At least on Tangaras (one good thing!), and possibly on the 4D (am
I right?), while the seat is a single cushion, the seat backs have some
kind of distinction between seats.
