There is no technical problem in putting sleeping accommodation in tilting
trains. Spain fitted sleeping accommodation in Talgo trains. The problem
is economic / political / management attitude.
If only managers & designers would travel through China, India, Russia (and
former satellites), Europe and southern Africa.
