Why don't they make short stretches of double track between loops,
effectively making a 30km double track stretch? This would give so much
flexibility it would not be funny, as running crosses could occur, you would
not need to worry about train lengths as much, etc. You would not need that
many, say 3 or 4 between Telarah and Casino, for it to be effective, and the
lengths involved would not be overly expensive.
