Sale - Hillside

An SW circular arrived by heroic carrier pigeon yesterday, advising all &
sundry of the introduction of Staff & Ticket working between Sale &
Hillside, using a peg marked 'Sale - Bairnsdale' (forward thinking) as of
Monday 31/1.

Also, as of this date, the track will be available for locomotives of class
'T' and lighter.  Oh dear, the RTL is once again unemployed...
