2705 does most of the loop work, and 5910 is also operating

Oh come on that already happened! 1960 to 1970 was when that occured, and
only a handful of steam have survived. Sadly it will not be here long -
3801's boiler is  due to be replaced in 2008 (how will they do that?) and no
new ones are being built.
