Dayrover Ticket Unavailable?

Today at Central I went to get a dayrover, the guy said it was
unavailable and has been taken off the computer. Later at Information
they said it won't be available until the 4th of Jan or something.
Does anyone know why?
P.S. The Art Online training thing at
http://www.austrailtrain.com.au/home.htm is easy to get into the user
name is s654321 and pw s654321. try it. But if State rail staff see
this they might remove the account.
