Hi,

THe information saying that is a few years old, so I wouldn't want to
be quoted on it.

I have however just returned from Nth America, and sampled the PT in
both New York and Toronto. The fares in both these cities are low by
comparison with Melbourne even allowing for the present near-worthless
state of the Australian dollar.
