There isnt one.
Interesting situations is that there currently isnt any NT legislation
covering trains operating in the NT.
One then has to wonder just how the existing line from Kulgera on the
SA-Nt border to AP is administered.
This seems to be similar to the situation that currently exists in the
ACT.
ie the pretence that the NSW Rail Safety Act operates in the ACT.
Could the SA Rail Safety Act operate in the NT.
ie is it constitutional for an Act of a State Govt to operate outside
the State.
