"rmorrison@connexmelboune.com.au"  is in correct because it is missing
"r" in MelbouRne.  Typo error??  Perhaps this will explain why the
message failed to deliver?

AFAIK, most employees now have e-mail address ends with
"...@connexmelbourne.com.au" ...
