Well I guess you would be breaking the law, if you tried to ..eh...put it
out...and unless you just happened to be in possession of a bucket, you
would be again breaking the law if you pissed on it. No body else is
em-ployed anymore to go out and put these fires out.
The Drivers report them to Control, and for the same reasons above, thats
all they can do. I suspect the sleepers will last untill the next
replacement program is in place, otherwise they will be fixed when the next
spark derails! Thats the new economy measures, and be sure to sue Kennett
and the Liberal Party if you are unlucky to be hurt, because thats what they
did to the Railways in Victoria.
