That also have something to do with people these days prefer to shop at
suburban shopping centers(Northland, Doncaster,highpoint, Southland
etc) rather then city. Suburban shops mostly are cleaner, brighter and
more spacious, and safer.

People also rush into places like Willamstown on the weekend but
generally Bayside's Willamstown service are not very well patron. Maybe
a through Connex-Bayside train to Willamstown may help?
