The legislation is called the Transport Administration Amendment (Rail Management)
Bill 2000 and is available to download in pdf format on the NSW Government web site -
http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/ - Go to "Bills" then "Search Bills" and type in the
above title. The reading speeches are also available by doing a search through
Hansard at the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council links.
