As a guard I can tell you your experience is not unusaul. It really pisses me
off, we try and give the passengers right info etc but when the guard says
something that is different to the SPI they get confused.
 I find the places with the laziest staff are Central and St James. As a whole
most Station staff are LAZY. I once saw an SA who is now a duty manager spend an
entire shift on the phone.
