Re: Australian railway songs



Surely its just a lullaby which uses the analogy af a train ride through the
night to Morning Town.  

Lets see if I can remember - 

Sandman at the engine,
Fireman rings the bell,
All bound for Morning Town,
Many miles away.
All the little children are warm and snug inside.
 etc etc
