Re: Future of Queensland Rail looks bleak, says Beattie



There has to be some legal loophole here that the Queensland government
could persue surely. Isn't this an anti competitive act on the part of the
federal government? Can some legally minded person please inform us of what
if any grounds QR has for spitting the dummy at what has to be (in my
opinion)  the worst federal government in 30 years or so....
