NSW DVA

Heard at Glenbrook this afternoon was a female DVA, and it did not sound
like the new one they are installing around the City - not sure, but the
voice sounds different.

Anyway, the announcement was "The next train to depart from Platform 2 goes
to Lithgow. First stop Blaxland, then..............., Mt. Victoria, Bell and
Lithgow. This train is running 2 minutes late. CityRail apologises for the
delay and regrets any inconvenience caused."

Apologising for a 2 minute delay?
