Are these "precise clocks" for passengers or guards to use??? the plasma
screens and SPI indicators definitely don't need another precise
clock...it'll look stupid if the precise clock was not in sync with the
plasma screen/SPI indicator!

Possibly just another useless gadget CR is installing?
