Wasn't any extra income you received before the tax cuts also taxed at the
top marginal rate? Back to your original post then, either the tax cuts
applied to the top bracket or they didn't. Which is it? I'm in the top
bracket and I got a lot more than 0.whatever. To get a tax cut this small
you must be a loong way into the top bracket already.
