Did you get his number? Even if you didn't, take it further, they may be
able to track him down by time and date, in relation to work location and
place of residence.

Call the Met info line and ask them for a number - or try the switchboard of
the company concerned (Bayside or Connex) and ask to be put through to the
head of the RPO section.
