If they will not comply with lawful directions from their managers, then

If they haven't been issued it then you can't really blame the employee. But
management are entitled to determine what their staff will wear and how
their staff will present themselves, and if an employee refuses to wear that
uniform, then he or she has noone to blame for their dismissal but
themselves.
