Yes, the first stage was completed(fix speed restriction and install
concrete sleeper) Victoria section still experiencing rough ride and
will be improve shortly.

OL already reduced 2 hours after the line improvements, last time i
talked to the conductor he said OL will likely to drop 20 minutes to
half and hour in the future beacuse the train arrives early most of the
time.

Approximately 12 hours. I remembered OL used to depart Spencer street
at 9pm and arrives Keswick at 905 am(11 hours and 35 minutes)
