They state:
However, deals have been struck with train drivers, guards and signallers, who
have all won pay rises of 12 per
                     cent or more over the next two years - on top of an
Olympics allowance of at least $5.50 an hour.

Drivers and guards were only offered an 8% pay rise, 3% of which was for things
we are already doing.
