K sets are the best non-V set cars in Sydney. Not the best suburban train,
that honour rides with the various QR CityTrain types. I think Adelaide
trains are next, and since they are based on Melbourne Comeng, they are a
very close next after the ADL trains. (I don't like Perth, the seats are too
hard and uncomfortable). Sydney is next, followed by Hitachis in Melbourne.

The criteria I use is what I call the "Blind Man's Test", which basically
involves putting a blind person into the carriage and getting an evaluation.
This ensures that comfort, rather than appearance, is the determining factor
(this is why I have no time for the current CityDecker program in Sydney,
which only improves appearance, and does NOTHING for the comfort levels of
the train, if anything it reduces it, because of the removal of the
footrests).
