G'day to you all

Just read all the threads in subject above, on this area around 
Commonwealth of Australia property, which comprise Aeronautical 
& Maritime Research laboratory, Dept. of Defence Explosives 
Factory, ATEA, Waterford Green Estate, VUT student Village and 
Highpoint Shopping and Entertainment Centre.

First proposal is from Maribyrnong City Council Study to extend 
Rosamond Rd through CoA \ DoDEF \ ATEA to Buckley St, Essendon West 
to easy pressure of Maribyrnong Rd and Canning St Bridges, plus
to build 5000 houses on Explosive site.

Second proposal from a group, is to build a 3 to 5 star Hotel /
Motel / tourist park plus a 36 holes golf course on Explosive site.
