Blame the management if you really have
to because they're the ones stuffing up everything, not the front line staff.
Of course this again shows "economic
rationalism" doesn't work.

once! I really don't think calling CityRail staff morons is
going to help you at all. I know a few staff (some quite well BTW) and from
what I've seen, they try to do a good job.
