I notice one thing from John Boxall's QR page

This is an interior of an ICE set. Notice the painting near the doorway.
I remembered taking Spirit of Capricorn several times and these
paintings are in each side of carriage. Can anyone provide information
about these paintings? who draw them and what are they? and does tilt
trains have them also??
