Sometime before the timetable change in August 1999. There are no
services out there to my knowledge. CountryLink coaches use cityrail
fares in this area. Reservations are still essential on these services
and are done through Countrylink.

It seems unlikely that a service will run Lithgow to Bathurst, coaches
are faster all to all but Wallerang and maybe Rydal. Although running a
single set would allow 4-5 return services daily which would be a big
boost from 2 coach services daily.
