Peak trains will only run express from Tempe to Redfern.
Granville to Liverpool will be operated by a CPH.
The City Circle will only operate on 3 days per year.
The Camden line will be rebuilt... for 200km/h running.

CityRail couldn't do that even if they wanted to on many lines.
