Speedrail pressures

All sorts of rumours flying around Canberra today. Tim Besley, a Director
of Leightons, is heading the enquiry into Telstra. It has been alleged
that Finance Minister John Fahey has told Besley that Speedrail will be
approved if his enquiry recommends that Telstra be fully privatised.
