2+5 XPT to Armidale? It would have to be a dedicated set. Bets option would
be to make it the 2+6 that comes off ST2 in the morning (that currently goes
to Grafton), having it form ST1 when it gets back the following afternoon.

For the Griffith, you could make it daily (or more likely, six days a week)
by having it as a connection off ST3/4 at Junee. Making it 6 days a week
would allow for a Monday to Friday connection at Junee, a direct service to
Sydney on Saturday, service overnight on Saturday, returning as a direct
service on Sunday.

What would be the servicing options with the Moree set? Run it six days a
week Sun to Fri on the down, Mon to Sat on the UP and then MT cars to
Broadmeadow? Would allow for servicing from Sat afternoon until Sunday
morning, which should be ample.
