15:00 is nothing. School kids only have a swing on the poles (as if they're monkeys). They don't
vomit and I guarantee not many of them poke needles into themselves.
Although feet on seats (except T and C sets plus Tulloch cars) is a problem, from my experience over
the past 5 yrs.
