Yesterday morning I spotted three Diesel-hauled SX Sets services running
revenue passenger services. The first one I spotted was departing Brunswick
St. with a 2400 up front, second one was waiting at Roma St. with 2102 up
front and the last one was 2116 which was passing through Chelmer on the
Main Line.
I found seeing 2116 working an SX set that time of morning interesting,
especially since it was working a push-pull ballast train in the Darra-Wacol
area late Saturday night and it was trapped by various track-working
machines.
