RE: Cancelled and Late Trains

Dear Mr Scully,

I am emailing you to voice my dissatisfaction with the Cityrail Service this
evening, 6/4/00.

The 5.31 pm train from Granville to Glenfield was cancelled without any
explanation and the two trains 5.40pm and 5.47 pm were running at least 20
minutes late.

Granville Station is not the best place, at time of the day to waiting, and
I feel that wet weather cannot be blamed for the cancellation and delays in
trains as we have recently had nearly two weeks of constant rain which did
not affect the running of these trains.

Can you please tell me why it is that if there is going to be a delay on any
line it nearly always seems to occur on the lines to Campbelltown.

Is the reason behind these unexplained delays due to the fact that the
Campbelltown area is represent by Michael Knight or is it just conincidence?
