What do A.R.H.S. members in other states think about the role of their local
publications (e.g. Westland, Catchpoint etc.)? With Digest assuming an
expanded national role, there appears to be quite a bit of repetition
occurring in news and photographic content. In fact, Western Australian
content in Digest already exceeds that found in the local magazine. A few
Westland news items are, in fact, taken from Digest.
Perhaps the state publications could focus on parochial items such as museum
news, members' information, family portraits etc. I would like to know what
members of other divisions think - keep going with the current situation or
time for a change?
