Yes, GM22, T345, and others were in GN's yard Saturday the 3rd,
C505 worked a steel train/transfer whilst the two NRC BL's were dormant,
G543 was at Dynon along with other GN & FV (ex-V/Line) motive power.
The Saturday Warnambool WestCoast Rail R worked as far as Lara,
a/c the Corio derailment, and returned tender first around 1230 hrs.
And the sun shone ever so brightly for a Croweater than ventured
south of the border.... Hope you've dried out Yuri, sounds like you
had a wonderful time after those 38's....
Any future plans include them venturing to Adelaide perhaps???,
via Melbourne, then back thru the Hill????
Incidentally, we were 90 minutes late arriving Adelaide on the Overland this
morning. Crossed what I believe I counted 5 G's on an SCT at Keith
or thereabouts, other than that only 2 'elephant' NR's on the steel
train at Tailem Bend.
Regards, GOB
