Full modifications to FV locos for DOO are:-
 Pad-bolts fitted to all doors, rear doors must be tinted, the loco must
be equipt with a shadow board for the tool kit, Driver only equiptment
box, a creek crank by-pass button, plastic coated whistle steel cable
whistle cord, Headlight latches to check operation from inside cab, 26L
independant brake exhaust air ducted out of cab, Access made avaliable
to the Regulating valve, ASW unit fitted, loco logger fitted and a
countdown feature, large side mirrors, Low vis lights, dual wiper and
heater controls for both sides of cab, DOO VC mods....quicker cycle,
Emergency radio call to centrol when a penalty brake ocurs and is not
immediatly reset.
