Off topic but in case anyone is interested, the Party Train 
was organised by "The Swell Guys Promotions".

I'm not sure if it's still active but the mobile phone No was 
0410 720 409 and the guy in particular was Bernard. I
think there was some government funding plus something to do 
with 99.3 FM but I could be wrong. It was $295.00 each. Their 
mailing address was 3a Jura Close, Mt Pleasant (from memory).
